- Prepare 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Get 1 tsp garam masala
- Prepare 1 tbsp chicken tikka masala (available in market)
- Take 5-6 potatoes (fried)
- Take For rice
- Prepare 1 kg basmati rice (soaked in water at least for 1 hour)
- Take 1 tbsp oil
- Get 1 tbsp jeera
- Make ready leaves Few curry
- Prepare 1 bay leaves
- Prepare As required Salt
- Prepare as required Charcoal
Steps to make Chicken tikka biryani:
- Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken for one hour
- Them deep fry chicken….. Remove when it's done….. Cook on direct flame till chicken gets grill marks….. Fry potatoes and keep aside
- Heat oil in big pan Or degchi now add whole garam masala and add onion cook till it's get golden brown… Then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and all dry masala…. Cook at least for 15-20 minutes and add potatoes and chicken
- For rice….. Take water in vessel and add all ingredients(exept rice) and cook till water starts boiling now add rice and cook for 15minutes…. Then drain water and keep aside rice
- Keep katori in center of gravy heat charcoal and add 1 spoon of ghee and cover lid for 10minutes for smoky flavour…
- For Assembling…… Remove katori from gravy and spread rice over gravy evenly…. Sprinkle 1tbsp of milk and add color of your choice and add coriander leaves then cover and cook on low flame for at least 15-20 minutes….. Your yummm tikka biryani is ready serve…. Serve with boondi raita or salad
