  13. Prepare 4 Cardamom

  15. Make ready 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  16. Take 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  17. Get 1 tsp Coriander powder
  18. Take 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  19. Get 1 tsp Garam masala
  20. Get to taste Salt
  21. Make ready 2 cups water
  22. Make ready 2 tbs coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  23. Take 2 tbs oil
  24. Get 1 tsp cumin
  25. Prepare 5 Green chilli (slitted)
Steps to make Biryani Sherva:
  1. In a pan add 1tsp oil roast peanut for 5min, add sesame seed, dry coconut, saute in low flame until golden colour. Remove and let it cool
  2. In the same pan add another 1tsp oil fry onion, tomato, mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, until tomato become soft, let it cool
  3. Add all the ingredients in jar, add water and grind as fine paste
  4. In a deep pan add 2tbs oil fry cinnamon, bayleaf, cardamom, cumin, and add the ground paste, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder stir in medium flame until oil separate
  5. Now add 2cups of water, cover and cook in low flame until get good aroma and thick consistency. Sprinkle coriander leaves, knob of butter, cover and keep for 10 min
  6. Enjoy your tasty sherva with kuska and pulav
