  3. Heat the pans pour some Olive oil and stir shallot first until come the aroma then adding garlic.. stir few minute
  4. Adding all the spices to the pans stir for few minute until have some original oil come from spices.. and add the carrot.. cook for 2mnt
  5. Add the frozen peas, mushrooms and corn following with the squids with the juice from marinade lemon..
  6. Stirr and adding some chicken stock add seasoning cook at list until the water boiling don't over cook.. at list cook just 5/6 minute.. you can see the squid already cook..
