  2. Prepare 1 medium size- Onion chopped

  8. Make ready 2-3 tsp Maida

Instructions to make Falafel:
  1. Soaked chickpeas overnight. Now remove all water of chickpeas and add to mixture grinder and put chickpeas, chopped onion, garlic, green chillis, green coriander and black pepper to be grind well but without water.
  2. Now remove all chickpea paste in bowl and mix green coriander again and salt or mix well.
  3. And heat pan in gas and add oil after heated oil.
  4. Given round shapes to chickpea paste like a small balls and deep fry with golden brown colour.
  5. After fry falafel remove all falafel in plate.
  6. And serve hot falafel with tomato sauce and onion slices.
