- Take 1 cup mixed dry fruits

- Firstly, break chapati into pieces and blend to a coarse powder in mixer grinder.
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast churma for about 2-3 minutes on low flame. Transfer it to a bowl.
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and add dry fruits to it. Roast them on low flame for a minute. Transfer the roasted nuts over roti powder.
- Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a pan and add jaggery to it. Mix well for few seconds. Then, add water to it. Stir and dissolve the jaggery keeping the flame on medium.
- Cool it down a bit and pour the jaggery mixture over roti mixture. Mix well.
- Finally, add dry ginger powder to it. Mix well and prepare a round shaped ball and enjoy roti laddu for a week.
