The ingredients needed to make Salmon wrap:
  1. Make ready Ready made puff/short crust pastry
  2. Prepare Pesto (2 tbsp)
  3. Prepare 1/2 side of salmon
  4. Prepare Asparagus
Steps to make Salmon wrap:
  1. Roll out the pastry and lay the salmon in the middle. Make sure there is enough pastry on each side to perform the wrap.
  2. Spread the pesto over the top of the salmon and lay the asparagus on top.
  3. Cut diagonal strips into the pastry either side of the salmon and plait it over the top.
  4. Pop in the oven for 20 minutes (180C) until golden brown
  5. Serve with veggies etc. This plate looks a bit beige but it was yummy.
