The ingredients needed to make Masala Dosa:
  1. Get For batter
  2. Get 1 cup Any brand rice or regular rice
  3. Prepare 1 cup boiled rice
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup Spilt gram (rad dal white skinless)
  5. Get 1 spoon fenugreek seeds
Instructions to make Masala Dosa:
  1. In a big vessel take all rice dal and fenugreek seeds clean wash 2-3 times add water more than ingredients cover and soak for overnight
  2. Next day wash it 6-7 times under running water. Put it in grinding jar add little water and make a smooth paste like tooth paste.
  3. Add in big vessel again now cover it for 8-10 hours (if a summer it ferment soon and if winter n rainy dayes it's get more time so put on a any bedshit cover all side well)
  4. After fermation add salt and little water and stir one direction well
  5. Now heat up tawa sprinkle some water on tawa clean tawa with any kitchen clean towel or tisshu papaer.
  6. Now take full ladle of batter n spread round round if you like aloo sabji put it on tawa and spread it cook till dosa become crispy then fold it and serve with chutney samber aloo sabji. - Enjoy it in breakfast lunch or dinner
