  18. Prepare 1 Cup Ghee/Oil for dough as well as for cooking parathas

  1. Add all the flours (wheat, millet, sorghum, rice, corn, and soybean) into the platter or bowl.
  2. Mix all the flours and add all the above-mentioned spices, crushed green chilies, and salt into the bowl or platter of flours.
  3. Add oil and needed water and make a soft dough.
  4. Roll missi rotis out of the dough.
