Pav bhaji is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It is appreciated by millions daily. They are nice and they look fantastic. Pav bhaji is something that I have loved my entire life.

The ingredients needed to make Pav bhaji:
- Prepare 2 potatoes boiled
- Prepare 1 chopped capsicum
- Get 1 cup boiled carrot,cauliflower
- Get 1/4 cup green peas
- Make ready 1 chopped onion
- Make ready 1 tsp lemon juice
- Make ready 3 chopped tomatoes
- Make ready 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
- Take 2 tsp pav bhaji masala
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Make ready as per taste Kashmiri red chilli powder
- Take as per taste Kasuri methi
- Prepare as required Turmeric powder
- Get as needed water
- Get As needed Coriander leaves
- Get As required Butter
Steps to make Pav bhaji:
- Firstly, in a large kadai heat butter and add 3 tomato, cup peas,capsicum, boiled cauliflower potato and salt saute for 2 minutes.
- Also, add 1/2 cup water and mix well.
- Cover and boil for 10 minutes.
- Mash the vegetables smoothly making sure there are no lumps.
- Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric, 1 tsp pav bhaji 1 tsp kasuri methi and 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
- Saute for a minute making sure the spices are cooked well.
- Stick the prepared vegetable mixture to sides of the pan and create space at the centre of kadai.
- Heat a tbsp of butter and add ¼ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp pav bhaji masala, kasuri methi.
- Also add 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 onion and lemon juice.saute well making sure the onions are cooked well.
- Further, add 1/2 cup water or as required adjusting consistency. Boil and mash for 5 minutes or till pav bhaji turns smooth and silky in texture.
- Now prepare the pav by heating 1/2 tsp butter and add a pinch of chilli powder, pav bhaji mix well.
- Now slit 2 pav in centre and roast with spiced butter.
- Roast both sides of pav till they turn slightly warm
- Finally, serve pav and bhaji with some chopped onions, lemon and dollop of butter.
