  16. Prepare 1 tbsp vinegar
  17. Prepare As required Desi ghee
  18. Take as required Chopped coriander mint leaves
  19. Get As required Kewra essence
  20. Take 1/2 kg extra long grain basmati rice
Steps to make White chicken biryani:
  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic green chilli paste yoghurt lemon juice pepper powder garam masala powder cumin coriander powder chaat masala salt milk for 1 hour
  2. Heat oil in vessel fry 3 sliced onions clove cardomon cinnamon star anise mace once brown remove 3/4 onions out then add marinated chicken mix well let it boil them simmer cover lid and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes
  3. Meanwhile heat a tbsp ghee in another vessel for rice add cumin seed pepper corns and bay leaf slit green chilli and 1medium onion fry until light golden then add 1 and half litres water salt a and a tbsp vinegar let water boil then add 1/2 kg basmati rice washed and soaked 30 minutes
  4. Cook until rice is 90 percent done the strain the rice in colander
  5. Grind cashews and milk together to a fine paste add this paste to the chicken mix well cook another 5 to 7 minutes until chicken is tender add 1/2 cup water if gravy is too dry
  6. Once chicken is tender add chopped coriander mint leaves kewera essence 2 drops the add the rice we boiled earlier garnish with fried onions desi ghee coriander mint leaves cover lid and simmer 10 to 12 minutes until fumes starts coming off has…rest 10 minutes then serve
