  1. Heat oil in a pan add crushed green chilli & jeera also add grated ginger, as colour changes add turmeric powder, put the gas off, now add salt, lemon juice, chopped coriander mix well now add smashed potatoes mix well keep aside.
  2. Knead a soft dough (not very hard), in a bowl mix together schezwan chutney & tomato ketchup and keep aside.
  3. Now roll a thin chapati, apply 1 tsp ketchup & chutney mixture all over chapati put aloo mixture on it spread properly, grate some cheese on this (as u require), make 1 more chapati of same size and and cover the previous one, press the edges well.Now roast on tawa from both the sides by applying ghee, keep on adjusting the flame from medium to high, it should be cooked from inside also… It will be crispy outside and soft, melted, juicy, cheese from inside.
  4. Enjoy garma garam paratha with green chutney or ketchup.
